All incoming mail must be in a plain white envelope and the letter or correspondence inside the envelope must be on originally purchased, plain white lined paper. No photo copies. Greeting cards, colored envelopes and colored paper will no longer be allowed. All mail will be sorted by jail staff. All non-legal mail will be opened and checked for contraband and funds. Legal mail will be opened in front of inmate and checked for contraband.

Mail is sorted and scanned in daily.

Bonds can be paid by either paying in cash at the Clerk's office during normal business hours or anytime by paying with a debit/credit card at the jail or remotely by using www.GovPayNow.com.

If paying with a debit/credit card or remotely on the website you will need the following information:

Using this service adds a $5.00 special death benefit fee and a 9% non-refundable fee with a cap of $10,000. This fee is added to all transactions.

Family and friends are able to set up prepaid accounts from outside the facility by calling CPC customer service at 1-877-998-5678, online at www.inmatesales.com or using the new CPC kiosk located in the jail lobby. Acceptable forms of payment include major credit card and debit cards, and the kiosk accepts cash.

Adding money to an inmate's commissary account:

Go to JailATM.com. You will be required to make an account in order to place money on an inmate's account. Once you have created an account, Sign In.

1. Select Send Money Now

2. Select the appropriate state and facility.

3. Enter at least 3 characters of the resident’s last name or their ID.

4. Enter your payment information and amount of the deposit, click the check box after reading the terms and conditions and hit OK.

5. Review the payment details and click Send Money.

You can place money on an account by using a Visa or Mastercard.

*Cashiers Check or Money Orders will not be accepted.*

You can also visit our jail lobby at 458 W. Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN. The jail lobby has a JailATM kiosk in it. You can add money by adding cash or using Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

COMMISSARY

PROPERTY

Inmates will be issued jail clothing and bedding during their stay at the jail. Any additional garments must be purchased through inmate commissary. In the event an inmate does not have any money on their commissary account, property can be dropped off at the jail but must be white in color, new and in orginal packaging.

Property can be released only if an inmate has filled out a property release form listing the authorized person picking up the property.

The person picking up the property must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
